Crust and Topping:
1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. butter (cut into small pieces)
2 1/2c. oats
2 T. orange juice
Filling:
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. flour
pinch of salt
3 1/2c. fresh blueberries
1 T. lemon juice
Heat oven to 375. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Combine flour, brown sugar and salt in bowl. Add butter and mix until coarse crumbs form. Add the oats and mix. Remove 1 1/2c. of the mixture and set aside. Add the juice to the remaining mixture and mix until moistened. Press firmly into pan. For the filling, whisk together the sugar, flour, and salt. Add the fruit and lemon juice and gently toss using a spatula until all the fruit is coated. Distribute evenly over crust. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over filling. Bake until the top is golden, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool for 2 hours and then cut into 16 squares and store in fridge.
**These are really yummy for breakfast! You can also use any kind of berry you would like, I used blueberries beacuse that is what I had!**
