Boise Zoo

My Grandpa is a Representative for Bingham County so January-March (and sometimes April) my Grandma and Grandpa Lake live here in Boise while they are in session. It has been really fun over the past years to have them here and be able to see my Grandma at least once a week. My Grandma has really been wanting to go to the zoo and this is their last week here so we decided we better hurry and go. Collin and Isaac were so excited and they even woke up early this morning. You would have thought it was Christmas morning! :) It was a beautiful morning to go. We got to the zoo at 10 a.m. and it was already 60 degrees. Collin ran around like a crazy person looking at all the animals and Isaac just stared in awe and Cooper just slept! :) The zoo here just opened an African exhibit this last Fall so they now have giraffes and lions. It was really cool. Collin's favorite animal was the giraffe and Isaac's was the zebra! I personally like the tigers. :) Afterwards we went to Wendy's for lunch. It was fun to spend the day with my Grandma and I'm glad that my kids have been able to spend so much time with their Great Grandma!
