HELP!!

So our lovely renters that we love so much were suppose to stay in our house until the end of August. We got a notice today that they are leaving the end of July! We basically need to sell the stupid thing in the next week or we are stuck having to rent it out again for probably the next year! GRRRRRRRRRRR!! Being landlords is not fun! So.....if any of you know of anyone moving to Twin Falls that is looking for a house please please please let us know!
