For the past 2 years anywhere we go where someone is playing the violin Isaac has just been mesmerized by it and always says he wants to play the violin. He seriously has talked about it non-stop for 2 years. Well, there is a lady in our ward who teaches cello lessons and I was talking to her about it one day and she offered to have Isaac come listen in on one of her lessons. So we did and afterwards we got in the car and Isaac just blurted out, "That was so awesome mom!" So last month he started cello lessons. And for any of you who really know Isaac know that this is the PERFECT thing for him. He absolutely LOVES it! Last week all of the students had a group lesson and when I came to pick Isaac up they were just finishing up there song and it seriously gave me the chills. It's amazing the power music has even if it's coming from simple beginner students!
