Worst 4th of July Parade Ever!

We heard through the grapevine that there was a parade on Monday that was suppose to start at 10a.m. So we got there at 9:30 and then waited till 11a.m. before it actually started. The parade lasted a whoppin' 17 minutes and to top it off there wasn't even a U.S. flag at the beginning of the parade! So we were a little bugged by that! When we got home Scott sent an email to the news station here and to our mayor letting them know how disrespectful it was that they didn't start a 4th of July parade with a flag. Anyways long story short the news people called Scott 15 minutes after he sent the email and wanted to interview him. He was so dang nervous, but I'm proud of him for standing up for what he believes in. To see the interview go here. :)
Needless to say I don't think we will be attending this parade again.
